WHERE SHIPPED: UNITED STATES AND WORLDWIDE. SHIPPING OPTIONS: We use UPS and USPS. COST: Can change from time to time. INSURANCE: international and domestic shipping will be optional.

Delivery

WHEN SHIPPED: With in 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. All items will be delivered within one week MAX!!! We do our best to ship out right away.

Refunds & Returns

REFUNDS: Refunds on the items that are DOA only. Damaged items need to be resolved between the buyer and the shipping company (USPS). All items are tested prior leaving our facility. Buyer pays all shipping even on returns. We will refund the sale price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO RESEARCH AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE BUYING. CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS: As received. TIMING OF RETURNS: 90 calendar days after receiving the product. There are no exceptions to this after 90 days it is yours and no refund will be granted. ALERT BUYER BEFORE RETURNING: please email me as soon as possible.
